Aran Azul, But Not So Azul for Me
I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Madame Frufru was underwhelming, to say the least. As a new mom, I was excited to explore their beautifully designed baby clothes and home products. However, the reality didn't quite match the expectations. I ordered the Aran Azul maternity exit outfit, which arrived late due to some issue with the entrega em 60 dias option - not exactly what you want when you're waiting for something as important as this. The quality of the outfit was good, I'll give them that, but the sizing was off, and it didn't fit as comfortably as I had hoped. The material, while soft, wasn't as breathable as I expected, which made it a bit uncomfortable for those first few days with my newborn. I also ended up purchasing some of their home items, like the sabonete líquido verbena, which, while pleasant, didn't leave my skin feeling particularly moisturized or refreshed. Perhaps the biggest letdown was the customer service. When I tried to contact them about my issues, it took several attempts to get a response, and even then, it felt like they were more interested in making a sale than in addressing my concerns. For a company that emphasizes quality, design, and customer satisfaction, Madame Frufru fell short in several areas for me. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but as it stands, I wouldn't rush to recommend them to fellow parents looking for reliable, high-quality products for their babies and homes.
