XT-125 Sport Left Me Stranded in the Desert
I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Xtreme Toys and their overhyped products. I purchased the XT-125 Sport dirt bike from them a few months ago, and it's been a nightmare. The bike broke down on me not once, not twice, but three times during a recent off-road trip in the desert. The last time it happened, I was left stranded with no cell service, and I had to walk for hours to find help. The 'excellent customer service' they claim to offer? Forget about it. When I called them to report the issue, they put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then told me that it was my fault for not following the maintenance schedule. Maintenance schedule? Are you kidding me? I've taken better care of this bike than my own car. The financing options they offer are also a scam. The interest rates are outrageous, and the terms are designed to keep you in debt forever. I've had to deal with collection calls and threats of repossession, even though I've made all my payments on time. The XT-125 Sport may look cool, but trust me, it's not worth the hassle. The quality is subpar, and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction is nonexistent. Save your money, folks, and buy from a reputable dealer. Xtreme Toys is a lemon, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
