Underwhelming Experience with Banrach Consulting Engineers
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Banrach Consulting Engineers. As a homeowner dealing with subsidence issues, I was expecting a high level of expertise and support. Unfortunately, the team at Banrach failed to deliver. The initial consultation felt rushed, and the subsequent reports were vague and lacking in detail. When I asked for clarification on the proposed solutions, I was met with evasive answers and a general sense of dismissiveness. The project management package they offered was supposed to ensure the successful completion of the project, but in reality, it seemed like they were more interested in upselling their services than actually addressing my concerns. The cost-effective planning and sensible budgeting they promised were nowhere to be found, and I ended up feeling like I was being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. Perhaps most frustrating was the lack of communication throughout the process. I had to constantly chase them for updates, and even then, the information I received was often incomplete or inconsistent. For a company that prides itself on being Ireland's first choice in permanent subsidence repairs, I expected a much higher level of service.
