I recently had the misfortune of working with NV Graphics for my company's website redesign, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. Their portfolio looked impressive, with projects ranging from logo design to social media marketing and website development, but the execution fell flat. Despite their claims of providing 'innovative design solutions' and 'a smarter way to add growth to your business,' our final product lacked the creativity and originality we were promised. The website, while aesthetically pleasing on desktop, had significant compatibility issues on mobile devices, which was surprising given their emphasis on creating designs that are 'compatible with every device.' The team's communication was also subpar, with delayed responses and a lack of transparency regarding project timelines and milestones. As a startup looking to make a great first impression, we were expecting a lot more from NV Graphics, especially given their assertions of providing the 'quality and creativity of a big agency with the attention and care of an in-house team.' Unfortunately, our experience was more akin to working with an overpriced, generic design mill. For the amount we paid, we expected a more personalized and innovative approach, not a cookie-cutter solution that fails to deliver on its promises. Unless they seriously revamp their service and creativity, I would not recommend NV Graphics to anyone seeking a unique digital presence.
