I'm writing this review as a warning to others who might be considering Bechstein.Digital for their e-commerce needs. Our company, eager to establish a strong online presence, partnered with them for a customized Shopware solution. The initial pitch sounded promising - tailored solutions, flexible approaches, and a commitment to staying ahead of market trends. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The development process was sluggish, with constant delays and a lack of transparency about the project timeline. When we finally launched, the site was plagued by technical issues, from glitches in the payment gateway to poor mobile optimization. Despite their assurances of 'high-quality services' and 'long-term growth optimization,' it felt like they abandoned us post-launch. The 'seamless integration of various systems and interfaces' they boasted about was anything but; we experienced compatibility issues that affected our daily operations. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the communication - or lack thereof. Requests for support were met with generic responses and little to no actual resolution. It became clear that once they had our money, the 'strong commitment to customer satisfaction' evaporated. If you're looking for a reliable partner in the e-commerce sector, I'd advise looking elsewhere. Bechstein.Digital's failure to deliver on their promises has left us with a significant amount of technical debt and a distrust of digital agencies. In a competitive market, merely having expertise in Shopware and WordPress isn't enough; it's the follow-through and genuine support that matters. Sadly, Bechstein.Digital fell short on both counts.
