Not as Green as They Claim
I'm all about sustainability and reducing waste, which is why I was initially excited to discover Résilience.Store. However, after making a few purchases and digging deeper, I'm left feeling underwhelmed and a bit deceived. The products, while unique and creatively upcycled, are often overpriced for what you're getting. I understand that the process of finding, refurbishing, and reselling these items takes time and effort, but the markups seem excessive. Furthermore, the shipping packaging, despite their eco-friendly mission, was not as minimal or biodegradable as I had hoped. It's disappointing to see a company that preaches sustainability not practicing what they preach in every aspect of their business. The customer service, while friendly, seemed more focused on making a sale than genuinely addressing my concerns about their environmental impact. Perhaps with a bit more transparency about their sourcing, production, and shipping processes, I could feel better about supporting Résilience.Store. Until then, I'll be taking my eco-friendly shopping habits (and dollars) elsewhere.
