However, the moment I put on my new glasses, I knew I had made a mistake. The wood, while unique, felt cheap and flimsy, and the craftsmanship, despite being touted as 'artisanal,' seemed rushed and lacking in attention to detail. The frames, which I had been told would be a perfect fit, sat awkwardly on my face, and the lenses, while clear, lacked the clarity and precision I've come to expect from high-end eyewear. But what really disappointed me was the customer service. When I tried to return the glasses, I was met with resistance and a plethora of excuses. It seemed that, despite their claims of dedication to the customer, they were more interested in making a sale than in ensuring customer satisfaction. For the price, I expected much, much more. Unfortunately, Massimo Annibali's focus on 'natural beauty' and 'unique textures' seems to come at the expense of quality and customer experience.
