The staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and unable to offer the kind of expert advice one would expect from a specialty store like this. The loyalty program sounds great on paper, but the requirement for free shipping over CHF 200 feels more like a deterrent than an incentive, especially considering the already steep prices of some of the items. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the online selection, which promised much but delivered little in terms of ease of navigation and actual availability of items. For a store that prides itself on being a haven for comic book enthusiasts, Analph fell woefully short of expectations.
