Murphy's Law in Action: N&A Consulting's Inconsistent Solutions
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whirlwind experience that was working with N&A Consulting. As a small business owner, I thought their promise of a one-stop-shop for all my digital needs would be a godsend. But what I got was a mixed bag of somewhat useful tools and a whole lot of frustration. Their flagship product, NCS Efacturae, seemed promising at first, with its cloud-based invoicing and billing management. However, the more I used it, the more I realized it was just a fancy spreadsheet with some automated features that didn't always work as intended. And don't even get me started on the 'support' team. Highly qualified technicians? Maybe on paper, but in practice, they seemed overwhelmed and took ages to respond to my queries. The CoReSat platform, which was supposed to streamline my communication with community members, ended up being clunky and hard to navigate. I mean, who uses PHP and MySQL for a modern web application? It felt like stepping back into the early 2000s. And the backup and security services? More like backup and insecurity, if you ask me. I had to beg them to help me set up automatic backups, and even then, I wasn't entirely sure my data was safe. The Kit Digital program assistance was probably the most disappointing part. They promised to guide me through the process, but it felt more like they just threw a bunch of technical terms at me and expected me to figure it out. I've had better experiences with DIY projects. The only positive aspect was their emphasis on data security and compliance, which is commendable, but it's not enough to save their lackluster services. If you're a small business looking for reliable digital solutions, I'd advise you to keep looking. N&A Consulting might have a fancy website and a lot of buzzwords, but when it comes down to it, they're all talk and little action. One star from me, and that's being generous.
