I've had instances where orders were delayed or incorrect, which defeats the purpose of their 'quick turnaround times.' The online portal is clunky and not very user-friendly, making it hard to track orders or check inventory levels. What's more, the 'impressive stock fulfillment rate of 98%' they brag about doesn't seem to apply when you actually need something urgently. The leadership team's commitment to 'driving success' sounds good on paper, but in practice, it feels like they're more focused on expanding their operations than on serving their existing customers properly.
