11:47am and My Package Was Nowhere to Be Found
I stopped by the Amazon Counter at Tres Oroz Cleaners & Alterati yesterday at 11:47am, expecting to pick up my package without any hassle. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took them over 20 minutes to locate my package. I was starting to think it was a case of 'lost in transit' or perhaps someone had walked off with it. When I finally got my package, I was relieved, but the whole ordeal left a sour taste. It's ironic that a service designed for convenience ended up wasting my time. The location itself was clean and welcoming, I'll give them that. However, the disorganization and lack of communication from the staff made my experience feel more like a chore than a convenience.
