I visited Beauty Salon Bentleigh with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The salon's ambiance was nice, but it felt more like a fancy waiting room than a relaxing oasis. The staff seemed friendly, but our conversations felt forced, like they were trying too hard to make small talk. I booked a hair spa treatment, expecting it to nourish and revitalize my hair, but it ended up being just an average experience. The products they used smelled nice, but I didn't notice any significant improvement in my hair's condition. The massage chair during the pedicure was comfortable, but the massage itself was lacking - it felt like the therapist was just going through the motions. What really bothered me was the pushy sales tactics. They tried to upsell me on additional services and products, which made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. For the prices they're charging, I expected a lot more. The SNS nails I got were nice, but not worth the $60 price tag.
