A Legacy of Letdown: 60 Years of Unfulfilled Promises
I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Arrow Black Top & Masonry, INC.'s slick marketing and reassuring family-owned narrative. My experience with them was a disaster from start to finish. Initially, I was impressed by their website and the promise of 'highest level of service' and 'exceeding clients' expectations.' However, the reality was far from it. The team that arrived at my property seemed disorganized, and the workmanship was subpar. The asphalt paving job they did on my driveway was uneven, with noticeable cracks and a rough finish. When I brought this to their attention, the response was sluggish and unapologetic. It took multiple calls and emails to get someone to acknowledge the issues, and even then, the resolution offered was less than satisfactory. For a company that prides itself on 'honesty' and 'commitment to customer satisfaction,' the lack of transparency and accountability was staggering. The final bill was also higher than initially quoted, with several 'additional services' that I hadn't authorized. The whole ordeal left a sour taste, and I would not recommend Arrow Black Top & Masonry, INC. to anyone. It seems that after 60 years, they've forgotten what truly matters: the customer. Save your time, money, and sanity; look elsewhere for your paving needs.
