They kept transferring me from one representative to another, each one promising to 'look into the matter' but never actually resolving the problem. It's been weeks, and I still haven't received a working product or a refund. Their commitment to customer satisfaction seems to be nothing more than an empty promise. The quality of their products is questionable, and their after-sales service is practically non-existent. I would advise all farmers and agricultural businesses to think twice before dealing with Agrostep. There are better, more reliable options out there.
