Underwhelming Experience at CKO Kickboxing Wall
I was really looking forward to trying out CKO Kickboxing Wall, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. As someone who's tried various kickboxing classes before, I found the instruction at CKO to be somewhat lacking. The classes felt disorganized, and the instructors seemed more interested in chatting with regulars than actually helping newcomers like me. The equipment was modern and well-maintained, but that's about where the positives end. I didn't feel challenged enough during the workouts, and the 'high-energy music' they advertised was just a playlist on repeat. For a gym that prides itself on being supportive and motivating, I found the atmosphere to be surprisingly cliquey. It seemed like if you weren't part of the regular crew, you were kind of left to figure things out on your own. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but for the prices they're charging, I expected a lot more. Needless to say, I won't be back.
