Disappointing Luxury, Questionable Quality Control
I'm still trying to process the underwhelming experience I had with Artisan Window and Door. As someone who values high-end quality and attention to detail, I was excited to explore their Quartz Collection for my new home. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations. The CityLine windows, which boasted the patented OptiCore Technology, seemed impressive on paper, but the installation process was marred by delays and miscommunication. When the windows finally arrived, I was dismayed to find that the frames didn't quite match the samples I had seen, and the 'ageless charm' of the TimberLine series looked more like a cheap imitation.
