I recently purchased an acrylic bathtub from Aquanet, expecting high-quality products and excellent customer service based on their reputation in the Russian market. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor communication and a lack of support from their customer service team. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I was met with unreturned calls and unresponsive emails. The bathtub itself, while visually appealing, had a few minor defects that I was willing to overlook given the company's promise of quality. However, the real issue arose when I tried to address these concerns with Aquanet. It seemed like they were more interested in pushing their wide range of sanitary products than in resolving customer complaints. As someone who values good customer service, I was disappointed to find that Aquanet's mission to provide excellent service did not align with my personal experience. Perhaps they should focus more on the 'excellent customer service' part of their mission statement, as their extensive experience and commitment to quality are overshadowed by their lackluster support.
