I visited The Vault Watches and Diamonds with high expectations, given their rich history and luxurious branding. Unfortunately, my experience was a resounding disappointment. The showroom, while aesthetically pleasing, felt more like a sterile gallery than an inviting space. The staff, although knowledgeable, seemed more interested in making a sale than genuinely understanding my needs. I was shown a selection of pieces that, while beautiful, were utterly unoriginal and lacked the unique touch I've come to expect from luxury jewelers. The prices, too, were eye-watering, with some pieces feeling like they were marked up solely due to the 'luxury' label. When I inquired about custom creations, I was met with a lengthy and confusing process that seemed designed to deter rather than encourage.
