First, the ordering process was cumbersome, with a website that seemed outdated and difficult to navigate. I finally managed to place my order after several attempts, only to wait longer than expected for the product to arrive. When it did, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the dispenser. Despite being advertised as 'handcrafted in the USA from sturdy 1/4” birch,' the material felt flimsy, and the finish, which I had chosen in Black Cherry to match my kitchen decor, looked more like a cheap stain job than the premium product I was expecting. The dispenser itself was also somewhat functional but not as space-saving as I had hoped, given the premium price tag. The personalization option, which I thought would be a nice touch, was poorly executed, with my cat's name misspelled despite double-checking the order confirmation.
