I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my recent experience at The Monnin Group Ashley HomeStore was a letdown. As a long-time customer, I expected better service and quality products. Unfortunately, the sales team seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I visited the store last weekend. The selection of furniture was overwhelming, but not in a good way - it was like they had too much stock and not enough organization. I was looking for a new sofa, but the ones on display were either too expensive or not what I was looking for. The financing options they offered seemed confusing, and the 'guaranteed free from defects for life' claim sounded too good to be true. What really bothered me was the lack of follow-up after my visit. I had asked about a specific product, and no one got back to me. For a company that prides itself on community improvement and customer satisfaction, I expected more. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I won't be returning anytime soon.
