I recently ordered packaging supplies from 365upak, and I must say, I was thoroughly underwhelmed by the entire experience. Despite their claims of high-quality products and excellent customer service, I found their offerings to be overpriced and lacking in terms of innovation. The website, while user-friendly, felt cluttered and made it difficult to find what I was looking for. The customer support team, although available, seemed more interested in making a sale than actually addressing my concerns.
