I'm still trying to process the sheer disappointment that was my experience with My-Perfect-Pool. As a homeowner with a passion for maintaining my pool, I thought I had found the perfect partner in this company. Their website promised a comprehensive range of products, from vollautomatische poolroboter to schwimmbadabdeckungen, and I was excited to explore their offerings. However, what I got was a masterclass in poor customer service and subpar products. The BWT Cosmy Star with App-Steuerung that I purchased for 499 Euro as part of their promotional offer turned out to be a lemon. The app was clunky, and the robot itself seemed to have a mind of its own, often getting stuck in the pool's achtformige design. I was looking forward to using their aufrollvorrichtungen for my solarplanen, but the instructions were vague, and I ended up with a tangled mess. The solarabsorber and wärmepumpe that I bought for heating solutions were inefficient and raised my energy bills instead of lowering them. But what really took the cake was the poolfolien that I ordered. Not only did it take weeks to arrive, but it was also the wrong size for my rechteckige becken. The company's range of stahlwand-, polystyrol-, and holzbecken seemed impressive, but the quality was lacking. I was particularly disappointed with the boden- and wandisolierungen, which did not provide the insulation I needed. The filteranlagen and umwälzpumpen were noisy and inefficient, and the dosierschwimmern and dosieranlagen were more hassle than they were worth. The poolleitern and -treppen that I purchased were flimsy and unsafe, and the poolduschen were cheaply made. What's more, the company's water care products, such as Evolution and Bayrol, were not effective in maintaining clean water quality. The water analysis solutions they provided were also inaccurate. I tried to contact their service hotline multiple times, but the representatives seemed uninformed and uninterested in helping me. It was like they were reading from a script, completely detached from my frustrations. The few times I did manage to get someone on the line, they promised to 'look into it' and 'get back to me,' but I never heard back. It's clear that My-Perfect-Pool prioritizes making sales over ensuring customer satisfaction. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and product quality, I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company. For a company that claims to be comprehensive, they seem to be missing the most important aspect of any business: the customer.
