I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received from Aloha Pet Groomers. As a local resident, I was excited to try their mobile pet grooming service for my two dogs, but the experience was a letdown. First, they were late to arrive, which already set a negative tone. When they finally showed up, the groomer seemed rushed and didn't take the time to understand my pets' specific needs. The bath and tidying service I paid for was supposed to include a 30-minute session, but it felt like they were in and out in 15 minutes. The prices may be competitive, but the quality of service does not match. My smaller dog, who is usually anxious, was clearly stressed during the process, and the groomer didn't seem to notice or care. For a company that emphasizes individual attention and care, I felt like my pets were just another number. The lack of attention to detail and the rush job they did on the grooming left my dogs looking less than their best. I was expecting a premium service, especially considering the prices they charge, but what I got was subpar.
