I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my disappointing experience with Interpower Induction Mexico. As the operations manager at a local manufacturing firm, we were looking to upgrade our induction heating systems and thought Interpower Induction Mexico would be the perfect partner given their reputation. However, from the initial consultation to the after-sales support, the service was lackluster. The team seemed disorganized, and it took them weeks to get back to us with a quote. When we finally decided to move forward, the installation process was plagued by delays, and the equipment didn't perform as promised. The power sources they designed for our heating needs were inefficient, leading to increased energy costs and decreased productivity. We also encountered issues with the modernization of our collective heating systems, which they had promised would improve our operations significantly. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the lack of technical support when we needed it most. The analysis of failures and the start-up of machinery were supposed to be part of their technical service, but when our machinery broke down, they took an inordinate amount of time to respond and resolve the issue. For a company that prides itself on precision and innovation, the lack of attention to detail and follow-through was astounding. Despite their claims of specializing in precision and innovation for industrial applications, our experience suggested otherwise. The expertise they claimed to have in various processes such as forging, mass induction, and fluid and gas heating did not translate into practical solutions for us. Even the robotic integrations they proposed were not as seamless as they had suggested. What was most concerning, however, was the apparent lack of commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the specific needs of their clients. It seemed like once they had our money, the level of service drastically decreased. We ended up spending more time and resources trying to fix the issues caused by their equipment and service than we would have if we had chosen a different provider. For any business considering Interpower Induction Mexico for their induction heating needs, I would advise caution. While they may have a strong presence in Mexico and claim to serve clients internationally, our experience was far from satisfactory. The combination of poor service, inefficient equipment, and lack of support makes it hard to recommend them to anyone. Perhaps they were just having a bad year, but for us, the experience was a significant setback. We've since moved on to a different provider who actually understands the meaning of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
