I'm still trying to wrap my head around the absolute disaster that was my experience with D&D Fencing. As a homeowner in the Denver Metro Area, I thought I was getting a top-notch service from a company that promised the world - 'expert fence installation', 'custom gate designs', and a team of 'skilled craftsmen'. What I got was a half-finished fence, a gate that doesn't even close properly, and a whole lot of attitude from the team when I tried to address the issues. The 'passion for excellence' they claim to have? Must be a joke. I was told they use 'the best suppliers and fabricators' to ensure 'every project is completed to the highest standards', but the materials they used for my fence look cheap and flimsy. And don't even get me started on the 'seamless and stress-free process' they promised - it's been a nightmare from start to finish. I've had to call them multiple times to get them to come back and fix their mistakes, and even then, they seem put off by my requests. For a company that claims to prioritize 'customer satisfaction' and has a 'reputation for being fast, friendly, and affordable', they've fallen woefully short. Unless you want to deal with subpar work and a whole lot of hassle, stay far, far away from D&D Fencing. One star from me, and that's being generous.
