I'm writing this review as a warning to others who might be considering using Dingoos for their migration needs. Despite their promises of a 'stress-free and enjoyable' experience, my time with Dingoos was anything but. The process was lengthy and arduous, with constant delays and miscommunications from their team. I was assigned to work with one of their 'certified educational advisors,' but it quickly became apparent that they were more interested in pushing me through the process as quickly as possible rather than providing personalized guidance. When I asked questions or expressed concerns, I was met with vague reassurances and told to 'just trust the process.' The paperwork and logistics, which Dingoos claimed to take care of, were riddled with errors and omissions. I had to spend countless hours correcting mistakes and resubmitting documents, which not only added to my stress levels but also delayed my migration timeline. What's more, the airport transfer coordination was a disaster. I was left standing at the airport for over an hour, waiting for a pickup that never arrived. It was only after I contacted Dingoos directly, frustrated and angry, that they finally sent someone to collect me. Given their 99% success rate claim, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience with Dingoos fell far short of their promises. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and start prioritizing client needs, I would not recommend Dingoos to anyone looking for a smooth and successful relocation experience.
