I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Artmusic Center Corp. in Caguas. As a musician, I was expecting a wide selection of instruments at competitive prices, but what I found was a limited inventory with inflated prices. The staff, although friendly, seemed unknowledgeable about the products they were selling. I inquired about a specific guitar model, and the salesperson couldn't provide me with any detailed information about its features or specifications. To make matters worse, the store's repair services were unimpressive, with a lengthy turnaround time and subpar workmanship. The 60-day layaway plan sounds appealing, but the interest rates are exorbitant. Overall, my experience at Artmusic Center Corp. was underwhelming, and I would not recommend it to fellow musicians. With so many other options available, it's hard to justify the high prices and mediocre service. Perhaps it's time for Artmusic Center Corp. to revisit their mission of providing 'better prices for better musicians' and focus on delivering exceptional customer service and value to their customers.
