Disappointing Experience with KALOO MOTORS
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from KALOO MOTORS. As a loyal customer, I expected more from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. The sales team was pushy and didn't listen to my needs, trying to sell me a car that was way out of my budget. The financing options they provided were also not flexible, and the interest rates were higher than expected. When I tried to sell my old car through their 'We Buy Cars' program, they lowballed me with an offer that was thousands below the market value. The whole experience was frustrating, and I felt like they were more interested in making a sale than in helping me find the right car. The website was user-friendly, but the actual service was subpar. I would not recommend KALOO MOTORS to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-centric automotive company.
