Their website promised a world of creative possibilities, and with 17 years of combined experience, I expected nothing but the best. Unfortunately, my experience was more like a crash course in disappointment. The team bag tags we ordered looked nothing like the designs we approved, and the 'custom' 3D figures they created for our marketing campaign were generic and lacked any real personal touch. It felt like they took our ideas, watered them down, and then charged us an arm and a leg for the privilege. The communication was lackluster at best; it took them weeks to respond to our queries, and when they did, it seemed like they hadn't even read our previous messages. For a company that claims to specialize in turning 'ideas and dreams into realities,' they certainly missed the mark with us. Our brand's identity and values were not reflected in the products we received. Instead, we got something that looked like it belonged to any other generic company. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the complete lack of effort to understand our unique needs and values. It was clear that they were more interested in pushing out products quickly rather than taking the time to ensure they met our expectations. The whole experience felt rushed and impersonal, which is the opposite of what you'd hope for from a company that promises to help make your brand 'work for you.' Unless they seriously revamp their approach to customer service and product design, I'd caution anyone against using Prodevity Engineering. There are far better options out there that will actually listen to your ideas and turn them into something truly special.
