I was truly disappointed with the services provided by Wise Equest. As an avid horse owner and enthusiast, I had high hopes for Ester Dautzenberg's expertise, given her extensive background in the equestrian world. However, the experience fell short in several areas. Firstly, the communication was lacking; it took several attempts to schedule an appointment, and even then, the details of the treatment plan were not clearly explained. When Ester finally arrived, she seemed rushed and didn't take the time to fully understand the specific needs of my horse. The treatments themselves, which included the use of BAC Technology and EQ Ultrasound Low Frequency, were not as effective as I had anticipated. My horse showed minimal improvement, and the follow-up care was virtually nonexistent. What really bothered me was the exorbitant cost of these services. For the price, I expected not only to see significant improvements in my horse's condition but also to receive a level of care and attention that was personalized and attentive. Unfortunately, Wise Equest failed to deliver on both fronts. The shiatsu treatment for horses, which I was particularly interested in, seemed like an afterthought rather than an integral part of the treatment plan. Given the high standards that Wise Equest claims to uphold, I found the overall experience to be underwhelming and not worth the investment. Unless they revamp their approach to client service and ensure that their treatments are consistently effective, I would caution other horse owners against seeking their services.
