I'm not sure what's more disappointing, the fact that every single coffee I wanted to try from Aphros Coffee, Inc. was sold out, or the lack of communication about when (or if) they'll be restocked. As someone who's passionate about supporting businesses that prioritize quality and sustainability, I was excited to dive into their 'Online Soul Café' experience. Unfortunately, what I got was a website that, despite its sleek design, didn't deliver on its promise of exceptional customer service. The 30-day return policy is great and all, but it doesn't help when there's nothing to return because the products you want are nowhere to be found. I signed up for their newsletter hoping to stay updated on new releases and restocks, but so far, it's just been promotional emails that don't address the real issue at hand. The reusable straws and ceramic mugs are a nice touch, but they can't make up for the absence of the main event: the coffee. If Aphros Coffee, Inc. wants to live up to its mission of creating a unique online experience, it needs to work on its inventory management and keep its customers in the loop. Until then, I'll be taking my coffee (and my business) elsewhere.
