Their website promised unique and personalized items, which sounded perfect for the occasion. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. Once I finally selected a beautifully crafted Angel Wing Trinket Dish, I was excited to see the personal touch. However, when the item arrived, the 'personalization' was just a simple, poorly aligned engraving that looked more like an afterthought than a thoughtful addition. The quality of the dish itself was also not as high as I expected, given the price point. What really sealed the deal, though, was the shipping. Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, the gift took longer than expected to arrive, and the packaging was flimsy, leaving the dish at risk of damage. To top it all off, the '20% discount at checkout' with the code '20OFF' didn't even work when I tried to use it, which was the final straw in a series of disappointments. For a company that prides itself on making every occasion special, Always An Occasion Gifts and Homeware missed the mark by a wide margin. Unless they significantly improve their product quality, personalization options, and shipping reliability, I would caution against relying on them for your special occasions.
