Unfortunately, my experience with their products and services has been a resounding disappointment. The PARSUN T9.9/18 boat motor I purchased from them broke down after just a few uses, and the 'warranty' they boasted about turned out to be a bureaucratic nightmare. The service center, which I was assured would provide 'high-quality work,' took weeks to even respond to my inquiry, let alone fix the issue. As someone who values quality and reliability, I'm appalled by the subpar products and lackluster customer service CO-NB-S provides. The constant promotions they advertise are just a ploy to get you to buy their mediocre goods. With so many other options available, I'd advise fellow outdoor enthusiasts to steer clear of CO-NB-S and take their business (and their recreational activities) elsewhere. 2/10, would not recommend.
