What I got was a mess of paperwork, confusing instructions, and unhelpful customer support. The website promised 'efficient and convenient' services, but that was far from my reality. I spent hours trying to fill out their online forms, only to be told I needed additional documents that weren't listed anywhere on the site. And don't even get me started on the 'discounts' they offer - after applying the 'savings' of up to 33%, I still ended up paying more than I expected. For a company that claims to prioritize customer service, they certainly didn't make me feel valued. My emails to [email protected] went unanswered for days, and when I finally got a response, it was a generic template that didn't address my specific issues. If you're looking for a hassle-free vehicle registration experience, keep looking. Zulassung-Biberach is not the answer.
