I'm extremely disappointed with ZUBB's oral care products, specifically their bioactive mouthwash. As someone who's passionate about oral health, I was excited to try their products, but they failed to deliver. The mouthwash tasted bland and didn't leave my mouth feeling as fresh as I expected. The toothpaste was also a letdown - it didn't seem to make a significant difference in my oral health, and the flavor was unimpressive. I've tried other oral care products that have worked much better for me. What's even more frustrating is that their customer service team seemed unresponsive to my concerns. I sent them an email about my issues, and it took them over a week to respond with a generic apology and a coupon for my next purchase. The coupon was a nice gesture, but it didn't make up for the lack of effort they put into addressing my concerns. I was expecting a more personalized response, considering their website claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing from ZUBB again anytime soon.
