I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with ZAERO DESIGN GmbH was a masterclass in disappointment. As a huge fan of automotive culture, I was stoked to discover their body kits for my VW Golf 7 GTI Facelift. The designs looked sleek, and I appreciated their commitment to eco-friendly materials. However, the excitement ended there. The installation process was a nightmare - the instructions seemed to be written by someone who had never actually worked on a car before, and the 'support team' took ages to respond to my queries. When I finally managed to get everything fitted, I was underwhelmed by the quality. It looked cheap, not 'high-quality' as advertised. The material felt flimsy, and the paint job was subpar. For a company that claims to bring people's automotive visions to life, they sure missed the mark with mine. The PayPal payment plan was convenient, I'll give them that, but it didn't make up for the overall lackluster experience. If you're looking for a reliable and quality body kit, I'd advise looking elsewhere. ZAERO DESIGN's mission to make every drive unique and enjoyable is commendable, but they need to step up their game, big time.
