I recently had the misfortune of renting from Yummy Party Rentals for my daughter's birthday party, and I must say, the experience was a letdown. The single flavor soft serve machine they provided was supposed to be a highlight, but it ended up being a disappointment. The machine was difficult to operate, and the soft serve itself was not as creamy as I had expected. The toppings bar, which was supposed to be a fun aspect, was lacking in variety and quality. The company's claim of being able to create 'unlimited combinations' of flavors was exaggerated, as the options were limited and unimpressive. The two flavor soft serve machine, which we also rented, was not much better. The flavors were not as distinct as advertised, and the 'flavor explosion' that was promised was nothing more than a mix of two bland flavors. The frozen drink machine, which we were looking forward to, was a disaster. It took forever to set up, and the drinks it produced were watered down and tasteless. The company's mission to provide 'unique, wonderful, and memorable events' fell flat, as our party was nothing special. The machines, which were supposed to be ready to serve in 15 minutes, took much longer to set up, and the staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to our needs. Overall, I would not recommend Yummy Party Rentals to anyone. Their machines are subpar, their staff is unhelpful, and their treats are overhyped. Save your money and look elsewhere for a party rental company that can actually deliver on its promises.
