I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my recent experience with YUM Birkenhead was a major letdown. As someone who's tried their fair share of takeaways in the area, I was excited to give this place a shot. Unfortunately, the food was a far cry from the 'delicious dishes' they claim to offer. The chicken curry I ordered was bland and underseasoned, and the portion size was laughable considering the price. I mean, who pays £10 for a few pieces of chicken and some soggy rice? The online ordering system was easy enough to use, but that's where the convenience ended. The estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes, but it took over an hour for my food to arrive. And when it did, the driver just dumped the bags on my doorstep without even saying hello. Not exactly the 'hassle-free and enjoyable dining experience' they promise. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend YUM Birkenhead to my worst enemy. There are far better options in the area that actually deliver on taste, quality, and service.
