June 06, 2025Disorganized and Unresponsive: A Frustrating Experience with Youth Soccer Alliance
I'm extremely disappointed with our experience at Youth Soccer Alliance. As a parent, I expected a more organized and responsive team behind the scenes. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. From the initial registration process to the actual games, it felt like they were winging it. The communication was sparse and often confusing, leaving us unsure about schedules, uniforms, and even which field to show up at. The coaches, while well-intentioned, seemed underprepared and struggled to manage the kids effectively during practices and games. What really took the cake, though, was when they changed the game schedule without notifying us properly, causing us to miss a game entirely. When I tried to reach out to them about it, my emails and calls were met with silence. For an organization that claims to value community and player development, they certainly didn't show it in our interactions. Unless they seriously revamp their operational efficiency and communication, I wouldn't recommend Youth Soccer Alliance to any parent looking for a reliable and supportive environment for their child to grow in soccer.
