I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with YellowHammer, LLC was absolutely abysmal. We hired them to renovate our home, and from the get-go, things went downhill fast. The communication was sparse, the timelines were constantly pushed back, and the final product was subpar. The 'high level of professionalism' they claim to have? More like a high level of incompetence. Our project manager seemed completely disorganized, and every time we tried to address an issue, we were met with excuses and defensiveness. The 'personalized service' they tout? Non-existent. It felt like we were just another number to them, a means to a paycheck. And don't even get me started on the 'quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction' they claim to prioritize. Our renovation was riddled with mistakes, from uneven flooring to poorly installed fixtures. It was like they didn't even care about the final result. We've had to hire another company to fix all the errors, which has added thousands to our overall cost. If you value your sanity and your wallet, stay far, far away from YellowHammer, LLC. One star is even too generous for this disaster of a company.
