I visited Yatta's physical store in Warsaw last weekend, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. As a huge manga fan, I was excited to explore their selection, but the store was disorganized, and it took me ages to find what I was looking for. The shelves were cluttered, and some products were even placed on the floor, which made it difficult to navigate. I was looking for a specific manga series, but the staff seemed unsure about its availability, and it took them a while to check the inventory. When I finally found the series I wanted, they only had a few volumes in stock, and the prices were higher than what I saw online. The store's layout and inventory management need significant improvement. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and apologetic about the issues, but it wasn't enough to make up for the disappointing experience. Maybe their online store is better, but the physical location in Warsaw needs some work.
