I'm not even kidding when I say Yard House at The Shops at La Cantera is my new happy place! The atmosphere is everything and more - from the moment we walked in, the energy was infectious. Our server, Alex, was an absolute rockstar - attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our glasses were always full (and I mean full, with over 100 draft beers to choose from, it was hard to pick just one... or two...). The menu is insane, in the best way possible. I mean, where else can you get everything from mouth-watering burgers to fresh salads and savory entrees, all made with the freshest ingredients? We ended up trying a bit of everything (because, why not?) and each dish was more delicious than the last. The burger was cooked to perfection, the sandwich was piled high with flavor, and don't even get me started on the truffle fries... I think I might've found my spirit food. What really sets Yard House apart, though, is the service. Everyone, from the hostess to the bartenders, seemed genuinely excited to have us there, and that enthusiasm is contagious.
