I'm still trying to process how a company that promises 'hassle-free experience' and '100% satisfaction' could so utterly fail to deliver on both counts. My experience with Yalla Designs was akin to watching a perfectly good concept get bogged down in execution. The idea of having world-class designers at your beck and call 24/7 sounds like a dream come true, especially for small businesses or entrepreneurs looking to build their brand without breaking the bank. But what you get instead is a bureaucratic nightmare that's more hassle than hiring your own in-house team. The platform, touted as 'simple-to-use,' is clunky and outdated, making the briefing process a chore. And don't even get me started on the 'timely delivery' claim. It took them three times longer than promised to deliver my designs, and when they finally did, the quality was subpar. I mean, who needs a brand identity that looks like it was made in Microsoft Paint? The lack of transparency in their process is staggering. You're left in the dark, wondering what's going on with your project, with no clear communication from the team. And good luck trying to get any changes done once the initial design is submitted. It's like they take your money and then forget you exist. The monthly subscription model, priced at 999 AED, seems reasonable at first, but when you consider the quality of service and the frustration that comes with it, it's highway robbery. I've seen better-designed websites made by high school students. The mobile application, currently under development, had better be a miracle worker because the current state of their services is abysmal. Yalla Designs talks a big game about being customer-centric and flexible, with no long-term contracts and the option to cancel anytime. But the reality is, you'll want to cancel the moment you start dealing with them. The team of 'skilled designers' they brag about seems more like a myth, and their 'robust technology infrastructure' must be a euphemism for outdated and inefficient. If you value your sanity and your brand's image, stay far, far away from Yalla Designs. Trust me, you don't want to end up like me, writing a scathing review at 2 AM, wondering where it all went wrong.
