I'm still trying to process how a company that promises 'perfect light control and privacy' could so utterly fail to deliver. My experience with Wynstan was a masterclass in disappointment, from the initial sales pitch to the final installation. First, the sales representative came to my home, measured my windows, and assured me that their motorized blinds would be the perfect solution for my large living room windows. Fast forward a few weeks, and the installation team arrives with the wrong size blinds. Not just a little off, mind you – we're talking a full 6 inches too short. The 'unique honeycomb structures' and 'curved vanes' they touted as features were nowhere to be seen, replaced by flimsy, cheap-looking materials that seemed to be an afterthought. And don't even get me started on the 'effortless luxury' of their motorized control – it took three separate visits from the installation team to get it working, and even then, it was finicky and unresponsive. The security doors and window screens they installed looked sturdy enough, I'll give them that, but the overall aesthetic was clunky and uninspired. For a company that claims to be an 'official Crimsafe licensee,' I expected a lot more attention to detail and quality control. Instead, what I got was a half-baked product that fails to live up to even the most basic expectations. Save your money, folks, and look elsewhere for your window treatment needs. Wynstan may promise the world, but they can't deliver.
