I recently visited North Beverly Plaza, owned and managed by WS Development, and was thoroughly underwhelmed by the experience. As a long-time resident of Beverly, Massachusetts, I was expecting a lot more from this supposedly 'prime shopping destination.' The plaza's layout felt disjointed and lacked a clear flow, making it difficult to navigate. The selection of stores, while diverse, seemed to cater more to the interests of tourists rather than locals. I was disappointed to find that some of my favorite stores had closed down, and the replacements didn't quite fill the void. The parking situation was also a nightmare, with limited spots and poorly designed traffic flow. What struck me as particularly odd was the lack of attention to detail in the plaza's maintenance. Trash cans were often overflowing, and the general cleanliness of the area left much to be desired. For a company that prides itself on 'delivering high-quality properties and exceptional customer service,' WS Development seems to be falling short in its management of North Beverly Plaza. Until they address these issues, I'll be taking my business (and my shopping list) elsewhere.
