I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Wireguys. As a tech enthusiast and a gamer, I was excited to upgrade my home network with their help. Unfortunately, their team seems to be stuck in the past. The technician who came to my house was friendly, but clearly not knowledgeable about the latest advancements in networking technology. They tried to sell me on a wired network installation, completely disregarding my requests for a wireless solution. When I asked about the possibility of setting up a mesh network, they seemed confused and told me it wasn't necessary. The whole experience felt like a sales pitch rather than a genuine attempt to understand my needs. To make matters worse, the installation process was slow and messy, with wires strewn all over my house. The final result was subpar, with dropped connections and poor coverage. For a company that claims to be experts in wiring services, I expected much better. Needless to say, I won't be recommending Wireguys to anyone. Their outdated approach and lack of expertise in modern technology make them a poor choice for anyone looking for reliable and efficient computer networking solutions.
