I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Westfield Sandblasting Inc. As an operations manager for a mid-sized oil and gas company, I've worked with numerous vendors, but the lack of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by Westfield's team was astounding. We contracted them to apply a complex offshore coating to several of our mud systems and valves, but the finished product was subpar. The NACE certified inspectors they touted seemed more interested in rushing through the job than ensuring it met our specifications. Communication was also abysmal; despite repeated attempts to address our concerns, we were met with radio silence or vague assurances that 'everything was fine.' For a company that claims to pride itself on quality and customer satisfaction, Westfield Sandblasting Inc fell woefully short. The state-of-the-art facility they boast about apparently doesn't translate to state-of-the-art service. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and commitment to client needs, I'd advise others in the industry to steer clear.
