I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Wealthyhome. As a first-time homebuyer, I was expecting guidance and support throughout the process, but what I got was a team that seemed more interested in making a sale than in understanding my needs. The agent I worked with, Selena Cheung, was friendly at first, but as time went on, I felt like I was just another number to her. She showed me properties that were completely out of my budget and didn't listen to my concerns about the locations. When I asked her about the condition of one of the properties, she brushed it off and told me it was 'cosmetic.' Turns out, the house had some major foundation issues that would've cost me a fortune to fix. The whole experience felt rushed and impersonal. For a company with a 5-star rating, I expected so much more. Maybe they're just resting on their laurels, but I would not recommend Wealthyhome to anyone looking for a genuine and supportive real estate experience.
