I'm still trying to process the unmitigated disaster that was my experience with Warehouse Equipment Liquidation, LLC. As the facilities manager for a mid-sized manufacturing firm, I thought I'd found a reliable partner for our warehouse storage needs. Boy, was I wrong. From the get-go, their sales team seemed more interested in making a quick sale than actually understanding our specific requirements. They promised the world - 'top-notch services,' 'exceptional quality,' and 'streamlined warehouse solutions' - but what we got was a botched installation job that's left our warehouse in a state of disarray. The pallet rack shelving they provided was flimsy, to say the least, and their 'professional design and layout services' apparently consisted of throwing some bolts and beams together without any regard for our actual storage needs. But the real kicker was when they 'accidentally' sent us a used cantilever system instead of the new one we'd paid for. When I called to complain, their customer service rep seemed put off, like I was bothering them with my 'petty' concerns. The 'comprehensive range of warehouse-racking solutions' they claim to offer? More like a comprehensive range of excuses and broken promises. Needless to say, we won't be doing business with Warehouse Equipment Liquidation, LLC again. If you value your sanity and your warehouse's functionality, stay far, far away from these folks.
