I visited Wanneroo Mazda last weekend, expecting a seamless and informative experience given their reputation. Unfortunately, my encounter was marred by a lack of attentiveness from the sales staff. Despite the modern and well-appointed showroom, the atmosphere felt somewhat sterile, and the staff seemed more interested in discussing the technical specifications of the vehicles rather than addressing my specific needs and concerns. I was looking to purchase a new Mazda3, but the salesperson seemed put off by my questions about the car's features and pricing. The test drive was rushed, and I didn't feel like I had ample opportunity to get a true sense of the vehicle's handling and performance. Perhaps most disappointing was the lack of follow-up after my visit; I had to reach out to them multiple times to inquire about the status of my inquiry, only to be met with vague assurances that someone would 'get back to me soon.'
